Two Bedroom Cottages From:

$170 per night for 2 persons at "The Snug" Plus $20 per night for each extra person

$210 per night for 2 persons at "Cakes n Ale" Cottage Plus $20 per night for each extra person

One Bedroom Luxury "Adults Only" Retreat From:

$260 per night for 2 adults at "Kings Den"

Two,Three or Four Bedroom Lodge From:

$180 per night for 2 persons at "Keepers Lodge" Plus $20 per night for each extra person
Note: minimum 2 night booking for groups of 5+. Minimum rate of $280 applies to public holiday weekends and peak school holiday periods for up to 7 guests then $20 per night for each extra person.

Three Bedroom Holiday House Retreat From:

$190 per night for 2 persons at "Tall Timbers" Plus $20 per night for each extra person
for up to 6 guests maximum. Minimum rate of $230 applies to public holiday weekends and peak school holiday periods for up to 4 guests then $20 per night for each extra person.
Note: this cottage is independently owned and we are acting as booking agents only therefore full Cape Howe Cottages services such as room service meals are not provided.

Two Bedroom Albany Town Apartments:

$150 per night for 2 persons at "Abode Apartments" Plus $10 per night for each extra person
Note: these apartments are located in Albany City Centre, 37kms from our main business therefore full Cape Howe Cottages services such as room service meals are not provided. Click here to find out more or perhaps combine with a cottage for a truly unique "Town and Country" experience.

A $50 surcharge applies to one night bookings in all cottages and apartments.

Rates include all bed linen, pillows, quilts, bath towels and standard cleaning upon departure.

All cottages and apartments are fully self contained and are not serviced during your stay except for longer stays which recieve a towel change every 4th day and weekly servicing. 2nd day servicing can be arranged for an additional charge if required.

Perfect Pizzas - made fresh on site and delivered to your door (order before 5pm). Choose from:

Cunning Curries - cooked to order and delivered hot to your door. Choice of:

• Lamb Madras
• Goan Beef

all served with basmati rice, pappadums, naan bread, cucumber & mint raita & mango chutney.

More evening meal options: Pie in the Sky, Pasta Plenty, Bangers n Mash, BBQ Packs, Old Aunt Elly's Roast Chicken Dinner.

Breakfast choices: Gourmet Breakfast Provisions Baskets, Breakfast Starter Baskets, Muffins or Croissants n Coffee, Bircher Muesli

Standard Cancellation Policy

Your deposit (equal to one nights tariff) is refundable (less a $50 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival.

If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.

Public Holiday & Easter Weekend Cancellation Policy

Full payment of balance is required 2 weeks prior to arrival or upon booking whichever is the later.

After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.

Peak Period Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required by 1st November or upon booking whichever is the later. After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
