Standard Cancellation Policy
Your deposit (equal to one nights tariff) is refundable (less a $50 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.
Public Holiday & Easter Weekend Cancellation Policy
Full payment of balance is required 2 weeks prior to arrival or upon booking whichever is the later.
After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
Peak Period Cancellation Policy
Applies to bookings from 20th December until the 10th of January inclusive.
Full payment is required by 1st November or upon booking whichever is the later. After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
We recommend travel insurance to cover you in the case of emergency. |
