Tariffs & Extra Services
All rates shown in $ Australian Dollars (AUD)and include all taxes (GST).
Minimum 2 night booking on weekends, 3 night minimum on public holiday weekends,
4 night minimum at Christmas 2010 & 5 night minimum for Easter 2011.

Two Bedroom Cottages From:

$160 per night for 2 persons at "The Snug" Plus $20 per night for each extra person

$200 per night for 2 persons at "Cakes n Ale" Cottage Plus $20 per night for each extra person

$270 per night for 2 persons at "The Wardroom" Cottage Plus $20 per night for each extra person

One Bedroom Luxury "Adults Only" Retreat From:

$250 per night for 2 adults at "Kings Den"

Two,Three or Four Bedroom Lodge From:

$170 per night for 2 persons at "Keepers Lodge" Plus $20 per night for each extra person
Note: minimum 2 night booking for groups of 5+.

Executive Holiday House Retreat From:

$380 per night for up to 4 guests at "Surf n Turf" (Only available from 24th September 2010 until 28th October, 2010) Plus $20 per night for each extra person (6 maximum - no children under 12 years old)
Note: this cottage is independently owned and we are acting as agents only therefore full Cape Howe Cottages services are not provided (eg: room service).

A $50 surcharge applies to one night bookings in all cottages.

Rates include all bed linen, pillows, quilts, bath towels and standard cleaning upon departure.

All cottages are fully self contained and are not serviced during your stay except for longer stays which recieve a towel change every 4th day and weekly servicing. 2nd day servicing can be arranged for an additional charge if required.

Deposits and Payments:

A deposit equal to one night's tariff is required to confirm a booking. Full payment of balance due is required on arrival.
Peak Christmas & January holiday periods - full balance is payable by 1st November or upon booking whichever is the later.
All public holiday and Easter weekend bookings - full payment of balance due is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Stay 3 nights or more, and enjoy a $20 per night discount.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Your deposit (equal to one nights tariff) is refundable (less a $20 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival.

If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.

Public Holiday & Easter Weekend Cancellation Policy

Full payment of balance is required 2 weeks prior to arrival or upon booking whichever is the later.

After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.

Peak Period Cancellation Policy

Applies to bookings from 20th December until the 10th of January inclusive.

Full payment is required by 1st November or upon booking whichever is the later.
