Deposits & Payments

Booking direct provides the best rate available.

Minimum 2-night booking; 3-night minimum on public holiday weekends; 5-night minimum from 20th December until the 10th January and a 4-night minimum at Easter.

Single-night bookings may be possible but are only bookable by phone, and a $100 surcharge will apply.

Rates include all bed linen, pillows, quilts, bath towels and standard cleaning upon departure.

Rates do not increase during peak seasons, public holidays, weekends or school holidays.

A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment of the balance due is required on arrival.
Peak Christmas & January holiday periods - full balance is payable by 1st November or upon booking, whichever is the later.
